Therapy is an opportunity to come into a greater sense of well-being and aliveness. Working together we can heal emotional wounds, break ineffective patterns, increase awareness and self-understanding, and have you feeling more fulfilled and comfortable in your own skin.

Maybe you are experiencing one or more of the following:

  • You are looking for relief from depression, anxiety, or worry.
  • You want greater clarity about who you are, and want the ability to speak and act from that place.
  • You want more connection, intimacy, and vibrancy in your marriage or relationship.
  • You desire a fulfilling intimate relationship but are having trouble finding one.
  • You want freedom from addictive substances or behaviors.
  • You would like to fulfill your potential and connect to a greater sense of life purpose.
  • You yearn to move on from a profound loss.

I draw from a variety of complementary orientations and techniques to provide a personalized therapy which will help you achieve what you want out of life. Some of the ways we may work together include:

  • Exploring and gaining clarity on who you really are, what you really want for yourself, what is holding you back from getting it, and how we can enlist the strengths you already possess.
  • Bringing mindful awareness to your body, which allows you to contact your true feelings and emotions. This in turn allows these feelings to be experienced more fully and naturally resolve. By engaging in this process, the body has an intrinsic way of letting go and coming into balance, which results in a greater sense of ease and fulfillment.
  • Using the therapy relationship itself—what happens between you and me—as a model for how to foster authentic and mutual relationships.
  • Examining how relational and communication patterns in your family have influenced the way you relate to others.

I consider the therapy relationship a sacred one, and would be honored to support you in your journey of healing, growing, and fulfilling your potential.
